Its Courtney Henry!
I am a health and nutritionist. I am dedicated to helping people achieve optimal health through proper nutrition.
I work with individuals to develop personalized meal plans, provide guidance on healthy eating habits, and educate people on the importance of a well-balanced diet. Whether you are looking to improve your overall health or manage a specific health condition, I am here to support you on your journey towards better nutrition and wellness.
I received my degree in nutrition and have been working in the field for 10+ years. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from athletes looking to optimize their performance to individuals seeking to manage chronic health conditions through diet and lifestyle modifications.
I believe that everyone has the potential to live a healthy and fulfilling life, and I enjoy helping people tap into that potential and make positive changes in their lives. Whether it’s through nutrition counseling, life coaching, or a combination of both, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals and live their best lives.
As a life coach, I specialize in helping people set and achieve their personal and professional goals. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your diet, or make any other positive changes in your life, I can work with you to develop a plan and provide the support and guidance you need to succeed.
